Buying my first home was definitely an exciting but overwhelming experience, and I’m so grateful I had Marlene there to help me through it all. She was patient with me through every showing, every question (and there were a lot!), every change of mind, and all of the little stresses that came along the way. I never felt pressured to settle or make a decision before I was ready. She was always honest with me about the houses we looked at and really took the time to understand what I wanted and what was important to me. Once I finally found the one, she was there every step of the way, from putting together the offer to inspection, contracts, and finally closing. There are so many things you don’t know when you’re buying your first home, and having someone I trusted who was always just a phone call or text away made the whole process so much easier. I’m incredibly thankful for all of her help, patience, and guidance in getting me into my first home. I truly couldn’t have imagined doing it with anyone else and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!
